Cingular's Treo 650

Looks like the Treo 650 will be released on Cingular's service any day now. The webpage with the unit on it is already on the site. You can find the page here. Quite a nice price on the phone after a rebate. I would guess that these will go quick. Not quite sure if the new features are enough to get the Treo600 users to upgrade but who knows.. Bluetooth and a better screen are certainly tempting.
