Laptops

Well helped a friend purchase a laptop the other day. It has been a while since I have not looked into PC laptops in a while but there seem to be a ton of them out there now. I have to say many of them are not of the quality that they used to be.

There are lots of models to choose from and it seems that there are so many options that a new purchaser would have a hard time sorting it all out. Between Pentium 4, AMD, Centrino so many terms to think about.

It looks to me like desktop replacement laptops of varying levels seem to be the most popular. 15" screen or higher looks to be the way to go. At the shop we went to the majority of the units were 15" and above.

It is interesting to see how many options there are out there. I would venture to say that there is a laptop sold now to meet just about anyones specific needs. Gone are the days where the manufacturers try to squeeze you into something they want to sell. Not it looks like they are trying to offer everything under the sun.
