Sushi Cams

Now here is an interesting use of web cams. This sushi place in Japan has three cams setup to watch them prepare the sushi. I have only seen people in there once but it was interesting to be watching them prep the food for the evening rush of customers.

It is certainly worth a look if you can catch them when they are open and running. Watched them cut diakon last night and was not sure what they were going to do with it.
